Localização incrível e pessoal muito acolhedor

Pessoal muito acolhedor! Meu noivo e eu fizemos a reserva em cima da hora devido a um cancelamento de voo e rapidamente a pousada já estava pronta para nos receber. Além disso conta com uma localização Excelente, próximo a 3 pontos turísticos: lagoa da Conceição, Praia Mole e Praia da Joaninha, dá pra ir a pé nos 3 lugares partindo da pousada. Amamos ❤️

Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, porém a quarto que ficamos era bem próximo da rua e ouvíamos o trânsito local, além do barulho dos outros hóspedes que passavam em frente ao nosso quarto. O quarto tinha cheiro de umidade e havia apenas tv aberta. O café da manhã era razoável e havia apenas uma funcionária pra cuidar de 10 quartos. A localização é muito boa pra quem quer ficar perto do agito, bares, restaurantes e mercado próximos. Se soubesse que cobravam 100 reais pelo pet tinha escolhido uma pousada melhor. Pra quem quer paz melhor ficar longe da avenida. Não voltaria.

Atendimento excelente, funcionários muito simpáticos e deram ótimas dicas sobre passeios e lugares. Você pode alugar guarda sol e cadeira por 10 reais cada por dia, o que sai mais em conta, considerando que nas praias o aluguel fica em torno de 20 reais pra mais dependendo da praia. Localização muito boa e acomodação confortável. Infelizmente não tem estacionamento, tem que parar no estacionamento de um mercado que fica 10 reais por dia e o café da manhã não é dos melhores.

Recomendo não se hospedar...

Fiquei quatro noites, e meu quarto não foi limpo NENHUM DIA! Inclusive a roupa de cama e toalhas estavam sujas ANTES da minha chegada, e eu tive que continuar usando roupas de cama e toalhas sujas porque não encontrava ninguém na recepção para me atender. Minha reserva era para cinco noites, e eu me obriguei a ficar lá porque nesta pousada tem que pagar no check-in, em dinheiro, e eles não devolvem os valores pagos! Mesmo se você não for utilizar o serviço! Ou seja, um serviço que eu não usufrui, e que estava avisando com antecedência que não iria utilizar, e mesmo assim não devolveram o valor referente a um pernoite. ATENÇÃO, NÃO EMITEM NOTA FISCAL. É um absurdo atrás do outro... A pousada não tem estacionamento, não serve café da manhã, não tem limpeza nos quartos, e tem muito barulho à noite pois está cercada de barzinhos. Parece que você está dentro de um dos barzinhos, tentando dormir... é horrível. Esse lugar precisa urgentemente de um treinamento em hospitalidade. Pensando bem, esse lugar nem deveria estar recebendo hóspedes! Me senti enganada e desrespeitada, não gostaria que ninguém mais passasse por essa situação, por isso não recomendo que você se hospede lá. Próximo à essa pousada tem várias outras, com preços mais em conta inclusive! Confie em mim.

A pousada tem apartamentos com geladeira, fogão e utensílios. Duas camas, um sofá cama e TV a cabo. Simples e honesto. Ótima localização. Voltarei com certeza.

A pleasant stay

Small guesthouse with very guestfree staff. The apartments where OK. The area is great if you want to meet the locals. And you can surf, padleboard, sandboard etc. Great stay!
