"We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. "Hotel is in a good location and could be nice but it is old and dated and a bit run down. We booked a double room with a king bed but they only had twin rooms available, they tried moving us to different rooms but the condotion of them was very poor. The aircon wasn't working well, the water pressure was non existent and if 1 person used the toilet wr had to wait a long time for there to be enough water to have a shower.
