"Very nice hotel and area. Room was superb and roomy. Was told reward point would be granted due to room not being available as booked. But a walk up was given the same exact room as I stood there. Due to I was attending a funeral I explained I would return in 4 hours. Room was excellent but haven't seen my points. IJS "

"We've stayed in a number of places over the past few years, and this hotel was a cleanest. Even the A/C filters were clean, and the towels were folded nicely, and bathroom amenities all set out nicely. So many hotels now just have some liquid dispensers, but these were actual wrapped soaps, lotion, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Easy off of 95, and Front Desk clerk was friendly and helpful."

"The staff is amazing, very helpful, going above and beyond to return the prescription glasses I left behind having fallen under the bed. Ask for a room not facing the parking lot due to extremely bright lighting that creeps in around the edges of the very thick blackout curtains, but boy did it make the hotel easy to find on a very dark, windy and rainy night. We will stay here again when driving through on our next road trip."

"The room was spotless. The room looked freshly renovated. The bed was cumfy. The shower had good pressure. The staff was eficient and courteous. The breakfast was good, the breakfast room was clean. The only downside was watching the guy serving the breakfast room dump the coffee grounds and bang it on the inside of the trashcan. Ugg."

"This is such a great hotel with lots of character! It's right in the walkable downtown Florence area so you can walk out the front door and find a general store to get snacks/souvenirs, several restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was very lively when I checked in but nothing that kept me from sleeping. There are lots of nice architectural details that have been preserved - clearly it's an old...
