Fab place to stay.

Great place to stay, with in walking distance of all major attractions, including major train station if you are travelling round, or planning a day trip to Pisa. Room very clean, beds very comfortable (memory foam). Air con which was a must! Friendly welcome, just come armed with Google Translate. It is more Bed than Breakfast, plenty of reasonable places to eat close by (Banana Bar for breakfast was fantastic). Could not fault our 4 day stay here.

Very effective communication with Daniella and Alessio so that our stay wasn’t stressful in any way. Lovely and comfortable and location was absolutely perfect, just that little distance from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions but not too far away. Our room was serviced daily and well maintained. Would recommend if staying a few nights as its location is perfect for discovering Firenze.

Absolutely perfect!

The room was beyond expectation - loads of space with a large bed with a memory foam mattress, large wardrobe with plenty of hangers, brilliant air-conditioning, TV with Netflix, decent sized private bathroom and the room was cleaned everyday. Only a short walk from the Duomo, the Mercato Centrale and the train station.

Great location. Air conditioner worked perfectly. After walking from the train station with our luggage, being hot and exhausted, we had to wait 12 minutes outside because she was booking a new reservation. Our towels were never changed in 3 nights not to mention I itched a mosquito bite, had a few blood stains on the sheets (night 1 ) and they never changed the sheets. These minor things may not matter to someone else, in that case, this would be a perfect little spot. :)

Dette var ikke særlig bra

Det viste seg at vi måtte låse oss selv inn i dette bygget, men det hadde jeg ikke fått noen informasjon om på forhånd så det ble litt komplisert å komme seg inn. Det var ingen tilstede de to dagene jeg var der utenom vaskehjelpen. Ingen heis og det var tungt å komme seg opp med koffertene. Rommet luktet tidvis kloakk. Ikke noe ventilasjon og jeg så ikke noen brannvarsler. Stedet er en potensiell brannfelle. Frokosten var en vits - noen kaker pakket inn i plastikk, ikke noe fersk brød. Beliggenheten er bra, stille gate like i nærheten av gamlebyen

Es un lugar muy lindo, la habitación tenia un sillón, mesa para comer y mesa de trabajo. Te proporcionan un frigobar, tetera, tazas , vasos, sobres de te y capsulas de café. Además, la anfitriona te permite el acceso a la cocina en donde tiene la maquina para café , refrigerador con agua fresca y galletas. Es un lugar estratégico para recorrer Florencia o para salir a ciudades cercanas ya que la estación de trenes esta a 10 min aprox. Otro plus es que hay una lavandería enfrente, una farmacia en la esquina y restaurantes muy cerca. La única desventaja es que las llaves del lugar te las proporcionan por la mañana, así que si planeas llegar por la tarde-noche a Florencia creo que no es una buena opción.

Mysigt boende i centrala Florens

Mysigt litet boende med enbart 6 rum. Boendet ligger centralt i Florens gamla del. Vårt rum var gulligt inrett och kändes välstädat. Badrummet var dock väldigt smalt, men fungerade ändå väl de två nätter som vi bodde på boendet. Frukost ingår inte men det finns pålägg, dryck och yoghurt att tillgå i det gemensamma köket. Ägaren, Daniella, var mycket tillmötesgående och svarade snabbt vid frågor!

O prédio não tem elevador. Tenho 62 anos e tive que subir 2 andares com muitos degraus até o segundo andar. Não fica ninguém no prédio. Se vc precisar de alguma coisa não tem quem te socorra. Não gostei. Pra quem não se importa, vale a pena.

Beautiful getaway in Firenze

The hotel was very charming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The decor was updated with all the modern amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We felt at home. I would highly recommend to future visitors if Florence. Communication was great prior to our stay and they were extremely helpful with tips for visiting the city.
