Staff kind, room clean but very old, unfinished but a place to stay. It’s a small town and it was nice to have a haven near by after wedding party so we didn’t need to drive miles! We would stay again if the venue was in this town.

I liked the convenience of getting to this location. I was coming from Imlay City which is very close to I-69. This made it easy to get on 69 to Durand. This place is also fairly close to I-75. The price was good too for an overnight stay.

The room was really clean. Bathtub didn't drain right, was standing ankle deep in water which kept changing temperatures. Upon returning at night the hallways reeked of Marijuana and the smell came through the vents in the bathroom. When i pulled back the top cover it had a big stain and a couple of the pillowcases had what looked like old blood stains on them, really was kinda gross so i used my own blankets/pillows. No snack machines, only 1 drink machine.

The room was clean and spacious. My daughter is in a wheelchair and although it was not officially a handicap room she was able to easily navigate around and between the beds.

Parking was convenient as was the closeness of our room for letting out our dog. But the heat was off when we arrived and took a minute to warm up. Not the cleanest room or the most updated hotel but worked for what we needed. The staff was super nice. We left for an event and worried we hadn’t pulled the door closed. They were sweet to walk down and make sure for us. On that note, the doors in hotels tend to fully close and click without extra effort. We prefer that security of that type of door- while we are distracted with bags and the dog to not also have to pull it and click it.

There is no elevator. We were given a room on the second floor. (My husband has trouble with stairs)I couldn't get the heat to work and there was some sort of black dirt on the floor in front of the furnace. I spoke to the front desk and they quickly put us in a different room on the first floor and the heat worked great in that room. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was a nice treat, the only thing that could be improved on would be to add a protein to go with the waffles (which were delicious). Overall it was a good experience and I will stay here again.

The room was very clean and loved that they have removed the carpet and replaced it with the LVP flooring. We stayed 3 days and the staff was very helpful and friendly the entire stay. Our autistic son had an accident in the bed over night and they were great about coming in to room, changing out the bedding and giving our room a fresh once over with fresh towels and mopping of the floor. The only 4 we gave them was for the toilet in the bathroom. The handle is cracked and it makes a high pitched squeal when you flush, but that was something we can work through. Thank you Quality Inn and Staff for making our stay wonderful!!

Hotel is clean and inexpensive. Maintenance is lacking. Had to change rooms because shower was dumping more water in tub than shower head. Second room marginally better but livable. Fire extinguisher service tags in building marked 2017. Michigan law require yearly inspection and certification. While there fire alarm was being worked on and had to evacuate for several hours due to a gas leak

Reasonably clean. Friendly staff. First room more water came out tub spout than shower. Second room marginally better. All fire extinguishers had 2017 inspection tags. Required to have 2024. Contacted fire chief. He said he contacted owner to take care of. 2 days later no change. Fire department there first day of stay for fire alarm issue. 4 th day had to evacuate for several hours due to gas leak. I moved to different hotel.
