"Just a lovely hotel, stunning views, beautiful terraces with views to Lake Zurich and the mountains. The restaurant is just wonderful and the bar has such a great feel. The rooms were large, well appointed and even had a bath."

"I was able to check in earlier than scheduled, which was very convenient. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was a little hot for me, but the staff were able to provide a fan. The breakfast I had was also great. I will stay here again."

"Overall the stay was great but I give a 3-star due to the repairman came knocking my door and while he couldn’t hear me asking who is it, he proceeded to open the door with a master key card thinking the guests were not in the room. I was so shock that I pushed the door back and he backed off. Then I opened the door with him saying he was trying to look for a small item while showing me the picture in his handphone. I told him it’s wrong for anyone to enter the room without the guest presence...
