Lots of choices for breakfast so i did try different sets daily.. the staff are very attentive to your needs. Large area that could accommodate latge number of guests in one sitting. Coffee is great.. and nice ambiance for a relaxed beeakdast atmosphere
Had a lovely room which had a large balcony, comfortable bed and lovely showers. The check in was quick and easy and the hotel is close to everything. We had a wonderful time
Beautiful old hotel, updated and modern but steeped with atmosphere, in the old city near everything. Great staff, great breakfast, would definitely stay again.
Beautiful fassade and small hotel in downtown Konstanz. You can walk to the lake, do bike rides, there are lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. Property is gorgeous and very clean. Rooms are relatively spacious with great showers. Easy walking distance to shopping and transport.
A beautiful old facade and dining room. We need an easy access shower rather than step in bath with shower, the hotel accomodated our needs.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Was nice. The room was small with no air conditioning but I think we got the last of what they had available. But it was a nice stay and the staff were great and breakfast was excellent.
Overall, this is a fine property to spend a night or two in, but I would not recommend it for longer stays. The location is great and in a beautiful part of town. The breakfast service was lovely and well attended. I also liked the water pressure, which also ran nice and hot. Unfortunately, the hotel is older and not well refinished. My door was 1 meter from the elevator which made my stay very noisy with people coming and going, and I could hear every move my neighbors made—which means they could probably hear me too! I also had a very bad interaction the first day with the Hausmeister, who banged very loudly on my door and tried to enter my room while I was sleeping off some jet lag. Does he do this with everyone or only with single women who are placed close to the elevator? It was unsettling and the staff seemed to dismiss my concerns as his normal behavior. This place may be okay for families or single men and is honestly great for the price, though I won’t be returning.
Stunning old building, built 1835, rebuilt 1905 with wonderful frescoes on the exterior walls. Great location in the old town. Friendly staff. Solid value.
