"Absolutely enjoyed our four-night stay at the Jailer’s Inn—great location with several great restaurants and taverns close by. The Bourbon Trail with several world-renowned distilleries, is also close by. Paul, the owner, and all his staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Private parking is available too!! A definite place to enjoy Bardstown and take in the area's history. We will be back!!"

"Alexis checked us in and was very helpful when we needed towels or anything for our room. We stayed in 106 and it had it's own private entry way. The only thing was that it was next to the conference room and they did have a meeting one day while we were there and could hear them before the meeting started. We didn't mind that but some people might. The room was clean and neat. The Tavern next door has free breakfast from 8-10 a.m. it was really good and the staff was very nice. Parking is...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was large and the patio was nicely decorated. We had a good meal and great cocktails in the bar/restaurant. The Trail Hotel is located just out of town, so it was easy to drive to downtown Bardstown or take a taxi. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We will devinitely come back again!"

"There was a full ashtray on the table outside of our room. The floor was filthy. The bathmat towel in the floor was brown with dirt. Disgusting. Didn’t have our reservation."

"No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel. Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in...

"They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation."

"Parking was okay, the room was clean overall but could’ve used more towels and washcloths without having to request some."

"MInor issues with card keys due to lightning strike. Sraff was very responsive to minimizing any issues. Handled quickly and seamlessly. Excellent stay. Thanks."
