"Clean, convenient, nice breakfast. Recommended also because of fantastic location at Gare Part Dieu"

"Clean room, nice staff."

"qq"

"My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff tried to help but I don't think they really understood what I was trying to say. The directions from the airport (if you were outside) were really confusing. It took me a while to find it. I did really like the room though. The bathroom actually had some hooks which so many hotels fail to have. I appreciated the efforts of the staff. My French is lousy...not their fault my explanation fell short."

"Excelente hotel"

"I didn't like the protests that damaged the hotel and forced us to evacuate. I did like the refund that I received."

"Truly exceptional hotel experience, from the kind staff members to the quiet, comfortable room that was tidied every day of our stay. We appreciated the air conditioning since it was warm in Lyon during our trip. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of savory and sweet options. We would love to stay in this hotel again next time we're in Lyon!"
