La necesitábamos para hacer una reclamación a la compañía aérea ya qe habíamos perdido el vuelo de conexión y también perdimos un día de hotel, que cuando llegamos nos dijeron qe habían alquilado nuestra habitación y por eso ya no estaba disponible.
