At time of check there was no water at the property (city issue, not hotel issue). Was restored within a couple hours after check in. However, later that night I had no HOT water. "My wife and I spent 4 nights there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room, bathroom and common areas were well set up and spotless. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were just right. Debbie and Gregory, the owners, were hospitable and delightful people. "

"The staff was above and beyond friendly. However for a Saturday night and weekend the bar was not open and didn’t plan on it. We were told we could shuttle to the Casino for use of that bar. The breakfast was stocked and had a fresh variety. The room could use a good cleaning. The shower was dirty and behind the bathroom door had mold spots on the floor so you could tell it had not been mopped or scrubbed. For $200 a night I was not impressed "

"My stay was very disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which immediately gave a poor first impression. There were no towels provided, which was inconvenient and unacceptable for a prepared room. Additionally, the curtains had visible stains, and the bed sheets did not appear clean, raising serious concerns about hygiene. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic standards, and I would not recommend staying here unless improvements...

"First time to Natchez and I’m so glad we chose Choctaw Hall. It was absolutely amazing and made the trip staying in this beautiful home. David and Lee are the most wonderful hosts! Other reviews mentioned this which helped make my choice but absolutely true. They made sure every detail was perfect for your stay. We enjoyed the common area with all choices of coffee and hot tea along with snacks. The room was perfectly decorated and immaculate. We loved having an outside entrance to easily...
