"This cozy and comfortable hostería is a true gem in the city of Pucón. I had just arrived in town, and was looking for a central place to explore the area. Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. Nothing is fancy here, but it’s perfect for an efficient and relaxing stay. The daily breakfast was extensive and delicious! "Hotel is nice, kitchen has minimal equipment but we were able to cook dinner. Breakfast & staff were great. The town itself is very busy and noisy though. So, at night, you could hear the noises outside. Luckily there was free parking in the back."

"This was one of my favorite hotels with a beautiful view of the lake! You’re literally walking distance to everything so don’t really need a car once you’re staying here. "En general las instalaciones son agradables con olor a madera que genera un ambiente cálido. La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad. El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa. Respecto al personal todos muy atentos "

"Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon. I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event. I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10....
