"This resort was exactly what we envisioned from their website, beautiful with great beach access, awesome pools, dining was great from breakfast to dinner! The Steak Out is a must, one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten and I eat a lot of steak!!!! Prices are average to our surprise for everything. Only negative which is not for the resort is that Uber and Lyft are truly nonexistent so we used a private driver they recommended and with each trip to Fernandina Beach it costs approximately $40-$50...

"Check in was quick and easy. The room was great with one small exception, the tile floor was oily or had a film on it. We assumed it was from people putting on sunblock but the floor was sticky in the room. Everything else was excellent tho. The breakfast was nice. Good eggs and options. The waffle mix was tasty. It was so close to the beach and great food options. Will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"We are traveling to Tampa and stopped here as a halfway point in our drive. The hotel staff is very friendly, the Prosper bar/restaurant has a nice vibe, friendly staff, and delicious food (try the fresh catch tacos!). The bonus (for me) is the pool, which has lap lines to swim. Definitely a perk in an outdoor pool! The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. We didn’t need anything additional for our stay."

"Its an old time motel. Especially when you walk into the lobby. Theres a couple rooms on the 2nd floor that you can see the front desk from the balcony. Nostalgic.... It was quiet and quaint. I would stay again. Oh could not figure how to work the air conditioning. So i froze a little. But gor the prize and late checkins. It was worth it. "
