"Zimmer war nicht überall sauber (in der Dusche und hinter der Tür im Bad). Die Dusche konnte ich durch einfaches Ausspülen mit heißen Wasser ausspülen. Damit konnte es sicherlich auch nicht durchgängig desinfiziert sein. Das Personal muss sich noch schnell die Maske aufsetzen wenn es angesprochen wird. Insgesamt scheint das Thema Hygiene nicht ernst genug genommen werden. Das sollte gerade jetzt nicht vorkommen. Das Zimmer ist zu warm. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist muss man das Fenster...

"Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch."
