Basic amenities were missing—there weren’t even any washcloths provided, which is something you’d expect at this price point. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations. For what we paid, we expected a much higher level of comfort and service. I’m very disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia for this booking."

"It is a very beautiful town, but the hotel is dated and didn’t feel clean. The heater would not turn off, so it was hot. It took a while for them to accommodate us. The restaurant on sight is excellent."
