"The hotel and staff were amazing. It’s an older hotel but has been updated and is very nice. Beautiful view. Definitely recommend just a warning parking is expensive. "

"Only one elevator worked the entire trip. No staff member really cared that there was a line to use the elevator at any given time over 45 minutes long. Hotel is in need of repairs and updates. Rooms were okay but had many water stains on ceiling. Empty bottle and trash found behind couch. Valet was super nice and helpful. Called the hotel front desk 5 times on day of arrival to confirm my vehicle would fit in the parking deck. No answer. Parking deck will not fit vehicles over 6'6". Will need to valet which is $50 per day. Overall, not a great experience and would not book again."

"After checking in at 4:00 PM, I was eager to get some rest after a long flight, but the constant noise of planes taking off and landing kept me awake until past 10:00 PM. This hotel is not suitable for those seeking a good night’s sleep. Also, the carpeted hallways are not ideal for dragging heavy suitcases. The staff, however, were very helpful."

"Clean room staff was very rude and not attentive to her job as a clerk she was on her phone texting while I was checking in her focus was not in the client but whatever she had going on didn’t give me any information to help me out with parking or anything else untile I asked for help then her attitude was blunt to the point I had to figure it out on my own I have stayed here many times the staff is always helpful and attentive to you but time I felt uncomfortable and unappreciated for my business I can understand you having personal issues but the client is not responsible for any of your problems customer service is your job so you should make sure the customer understands what is available to him or what he or she needs to assist them while they are there "
