The rooms are clean and well presented. I haven't eaten on an evening but the breakfast is excellent

The room was fantastic, the absolute bonus was the heating was on low to keep the place toasty even though it was cold outside.

Lovely town and knitting shop.
The reception staff were put into an impossible position as the hotel has opened for paying guests before ANY of the advertised amenities are available. NO mention of this on their own website until after our trip
We traveled via train from London as Faversham parking is limited and we arrived at Easter weekend.The Sun An easy 10 minute walk through town.Do book a Shepherds Neame Brewery Tour. Really informative and fun tasting at the end!
