We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment. The host who greeted us was so friendly and helpful in providing suggestions about the local area and cuisine. It was so nice to have such a warm welcome after 16 exhausting hours of travel. We stayed at the room on the top floor, and there is no elevator, so if...

"The apartment was clean and extremely well-equipped. The staff members were friendly, polite and exceptionally helpful. The breakfasts were excellent - varied, attractively-presented and featuring an impressive range of local produce. Shops were nearby, and within two hundred metres we could walk to Diocletian's Palace, the waterfront and two markets,as well as to the ferry port and bus station."

Don't be shy to ask to prepare what you like, because it is not a large hotel with huge buffet, and your breakfast hot dishes are made to order.
