"Great 4-star home base for Battle of the Bulge. Very clean, AC worked fine, adequate electricity in the room, WiFi was good. Shower was fantastic; bed was Queen sized with a new mattress and nice sheets. Parking is around back, but it's covered from most rain. Breakfast was a bit pricey but the nicest that we had for the whole vacation. Excellent food and a wide assortment. This is a higher-end place, and the clientele show it. "Spent one night here, whilst touring. As you arrive, your first thoughts are WOW! The check in service was excellent. We were tired and not thinking straight, but the young man was patient and explained everything. We were confused as we had to pay on arrival but money had already been taken off the account. That was a security deposit of 100€. The rooms were enormous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet was separate to the sink and shower. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge...

"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "
