The public transport (Bus) exactly on front of this place and 20 min from the city centre, so it is very convenient. Place is clean and comfortable, breakfast, good mattresses, and quit and secure area. This place is genuinely a 5 star place. Excellent service ! FIVE STARS ! "

"This is a very authentic Tuscany experience. The bed was large and comfortable and so was our entire room, an updated farmhouse type building. Very clean and with all the amenities. The food for breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. The dining in the evening was absolutely wonderful. This place has a quaint rustic feel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying at the Relais so we could drive to wineries and also San Gimignano. Highly recommend!!"

"Apartment spotless, well equipped kitchen. The host was very welcoming and thoughtful, always willing to help. Our stay was for 2 weeks, so Claudia left us a care package to get us started, pasta, sauce, milk, coffee, etc, as we arrived later. Property very safe, gated. Easy to walk to the Duomo, restautants, Santa Maria Novella. Many thanks to Antonio, he looked after the apartment. "

"Stayed here for four nights with my husband and it was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that it was outside of the busyness of the city but close enough to have a taxi take us back and forth throughout the day. We had the hotel call us a taxi multiple times but also downloaded AppTaxi to get rides back to the hotel which was very convenient. The room was very comfortable and the pool area very peaceful - we loved coming here...
