Hotel was imaculate and had all the amminities - water, kettle, various teas, fridge, air on . There were are automatic blackout blinds, heater tiles and decent breakfast (continental) . You will need either an uber or car to get to and from the town centres. But its like under £10 euros for a uber so hardly expensive esp compared to London. Local to the area was the roman ruins and the Palace grounds (I believe the actual Palace has been converted to a hotel). I find you can cover the town sqaure in half a day. It is a super quite neighbourhood.

We loved every bit of it, it was gorgeous and the staff were great! Very friendly people. Our kids made the most noise but everyone got on well. Estoi is a very nice place there’s a Roman ruins 2 minute walk up the road one way and a nice church the other.

Very nice experience

I booked two nights with a friend to get some rest. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained, bathroom with « Italian shower », pool was amazing. Breakfast was nice (eggs and bacon on order if you want), fresh baked goods etc. The only negative point is that the hotel is located near a road, so it was a bit noisy. Would recommend to friends and acquaintances.

Lovely breakfast and super clean room BUT unable to use the pool, full of large ants, not removed for the 2 days we were there and we had to remove numerous frogs both mornings as they were unable to get out of the pool, so sad. Some had died and were at the bottom of the pool. We did inform the 2 ladies running the guesthouse but nothing done

What an amazing place! Spotlessly clean, great, quiet pool area and really friendly owners. There’s a good little supermarket across the road, three really excellent, inexpensive restaurants and a small bar which can be found if you turn right at the church. If you need to get about Ubers are readily available and super cheap. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Vila Milreu! We were made to feel very welcome even when we arrived really late. The staff are brilliant and extremely friendly. The hotel is gorgeous, especially the pool area. The grounds are beautiful. The whole hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and filling with plenty of different foods to choose from. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

This place was great. Very clean, nice grounds, beautiful pool, wonderful staff, good breakfast and central location to most of the Algarve. It is also located in a more rural area of Lisbon that is less touristy and more "genuine" in my opinion. A good authentic Portugese restaurant is right down the street and within walking distance (O Belo Sol) with good prices and good food. Staying here exceeded our expectations and was a great experience!

Such a beautiful villa! It felt almost like an AirBnB, so homey and welcoming, with all the amenities and ease of a great hotel experience. Loved the pool, and the well-stocked honesty bar. Bedste familie hotel nogensinde.

Lidt svært lige at vide hvor vi skulle tjekke ind. Men ud over dette var alt perfekt. Fik en fin rundvisning efter vi tjekkede ind og alt var i den skønneste orden. Søde og smilende værter og personaler, som gav sig tid til at svare på alt og var imødekommende. God morgenmad og fantastisk tillid blandt alle. Poolen var lækker og der var præcist den stemning vi havde behov for. Ikke for stort ej heller for småt. Absolut et sted vi besøger igen, hvor vi kan slappe af 100%. Tusinde tak for jeres gæstfrihed.

Wir hatten 2 tolle Tage in der Villa Milieu. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön groß und alles ist da was man braucht .nur hat vermutlich der Elektriker vergessen die Stromdosen zu verlegen. Leider findet man keine freie Steckdosen zum Laden seiner Geräte. Ein Mehrfachstecker würde Abhilfe schaffen . Der Frühstücks- und Aufenthaltsraum sind sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Service ist perfekt. Super nett und sehr engagiert.
