I chose the pay later option. They charged me before I even checked in for the whole three nights. I didn't go into my room until 10:15pm, remembered to check the bed. Found a bed bug crawling around. Checked another corner and there was a cluster of bed bugs. I grabbed all our stuff and went to the front desk and told the lady working. She didn't seem surprised there was bed bugs and told me there were no other rooms available. I asked to cancel and receive a refund. I was told I needed to call back in the morning to talk to manager. Called the next day and the manager was not going to be in until the next day. Called the next day and talked to manager and was told I would have to email the general manager. I had already emailed the email she gave me when I left the hotel the first night and have not heard anything back. They did cancel two nights and charged me for only one night even though I never stayed.
