"This room was not very clean. Staff had gone through and spot cleaned but the property itself was neglected and dinghy, in need of a deep clean (dust in corners, weird smell). There were also not enough plugs in the room. The one closest to my side of the bed was too far from nightstand and would also not hold the plug in, ended up charging my phone in the bathroom."

"Nice semi-secluded property. Rooms were good and appeared clean. Staff were helpful. Only concern was eggs were cold at breakfast (even when restocked). Waffles were small and prepackaged. Very little to complain about! Would stay again."

"Verrrry poooor breakfast as compared to my past history of this property. Room 130am I had another person tried to enter into my room. The programed key they were given open the door. I had the security latch on so they could not enter. This was clearly a program at the desk in programming the key card. I exited in the am and the card given to me did not work when I returned. Had to have the desk reprogram the card. Room was clean, bed was comfortable."

"This is the first time in Grand Rapids, Michigan for me. I found this place very good and restaurant in. It was perfect. Great meals highly recommend this place."

"room was dirty, lightbulb in the bathroom didn't work, the caulk around the toilet was missing. the shower had wall paper peeling off. no holders for shampoo or anything overall experience was a 2/10 and I won't be going back and staying at that location."
