"The laundry service was a coin operated washer and dryer with no change machine or detergent sales. The wifi kinda sucks. Bad. The staff are okay. They don't bother you and they're understanding if you're late to pay. No ethernet, tv is outdated but overall 6.5/10; 7.5/11"

"The hotel was fine, in a great area, and the staff was great. Good hot breakfast. My lower rating is due to when I booked, I was told the Dog fee would be $50. My confirmation email said the Dog fee was $50 But the hotel charged $65. I was very disappointed as I felt I had contracted for one price and then was up charged. There was no negotiation with the hotel staff on this. I was told that “someone” needs to change amount on the confirmation letter and on the website…but they would not honor the price. "

"We didn't feel they took the Continental breakfast seriously. Our first they said they were out of creamer for the coffee. The second day they ran out of coffee. She offered us instant coffee instead. We ended up having to go out for breakfast both days. "
