"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't say the same for the breakfast buffet lady. I asked if there were anymore French Vanilla creamers and she said what was there was there and didn't appear to want to be bothered. But, breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The room was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. However, the hotel walls are quite thin and you can hear everything in the hallways and the rooms next door. We had elephants above us stomping around for a good hour almost every night---we did not complain to hotel management because it usually stopped right before bedtime. I was somewhat disappointed in the fitness room as there was only one 8 lb weight and I was hoping for more variety in equipment. There was certainly room in the facility to put a fitness machine for pull downs, etc. The pool was freezing even though it was heated and a adequate enough size to do laps in. We liked the location of the hotel, close to highways, shopping, Burlington, and the Lake Champlain rail trail."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The shuttle to Lot 6 was nice. The map was useless for finding things. Too many things were closed on Monday."

"We had a wonderful stay! Both pools were amazing, and the staff was super nice and welcoming. A big plus was the citronella they spray early morning —there were noticeably fewer bugs at night, which made sitting outside much more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!"
