"The room looked clean, the beds wer comfortable, the building well insulated.(noise) However, the Keurig didn't work, , we couldn't call the front desk to request an extra blanket, the soap dispenser was empty...breakfast was poor. "Place was new and everything was nice. Lobby, breakfast area and room was clean. Breakfast was good with the usual variety for a free hotel breakfast. Parking was easy. Only two consecutive comments: 1- the three wheeled luggage carts were a pain to use and didn’t hold enough luggage, and 2- for being in Vermont, the maple syrup at breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was cheap and basically tinted corn syrup. "

We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. "Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "
