The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. "Great stay! So close to all the hotspots like liberty bell and independence hall as well as convenience like Starbucks and grocery. Only note I have is more toilet paper on site and the entrance is by a bus stop and can get a bit crowded. "

"Element was nothing less than excellent. The staff - from the valet to the front desk - everyone was helpful and kind. Our room was super clean and modern as are the public spaces for dining or lounging. We typically stay at the Westin and my entire family agreed that Element was more beautiful and had better amenities. Note: I have an EV. The valet took my car and plugged it in for complementary overnight charging. I was having an issue with the car charging, and a couple of valets came down...
