"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"Beautiful hotel, nice views of the river and New Jersey. Staff was amazing, very old architecture vibes . Perfect spot for food and bars and great walking distance to a lot! 100% Will visit again. Only thing is the room did need a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Be careful where you park tho, Philly will tow! Haha but that was a mistake on the city not the hotel. They all were amazing!"

"Our first room's thermostat was not working properly (stayed 74 Farhenheit the whole night with high fan mode) so they switched to another room the next day which we were grateful for. However, the new room had mold at the corner of the shower booth as the water was dripping constantly from the shower head and one of the nightstand's light wasn't working. The breakfast area was too crowded. It is close to other places. Valet parking waiting time was not bad at all. However, I am not sure if we...

"Overall I had a good stay. However, I was feeling ill around 11pm and asked the front desk if they had any advil or other headache medicine. I was told that there was none at the hotel and was directed to a convenience store several blocks away. I was feeling pretty bad, so I went looking for the store but didn’t find it. There has to be a better solution for these types of situations than sending guests to wander the streets close to midnight in an unfamiliar city."

"I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise."

"Room was very nice. Clean. Some broken light bulbs in the bathroom. I wasn't able to get the TV connected to the internet. The environment was very noisy. Nice neighborhood though. Great location. Unfortunately the noise was a real bummer. I didn't sleep as long as I would have liked to."
