"Great stay"

"I was pleasantly surprised with my room, the beautiful bathroom. It was a lovely, very comfortable stay. A convenient walk to Jefferson outpatient center, was easy and safe. Then I returned for continental breakfast which was more than adequate. I loved the vegan cranberry cookie. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. This was a gem to be able to stay here, thank you, I hope to stay here again in the future. "

"Great spot to be, great location, amazing staff, and nice hotel. However our room had the ac broken and had a night sleeping with the heat pumping through making it 88 degrees all night. Absolutely dreadful. The system wouldn't even allow us to turn it off. In the morning we let them know and they fixed it promptly. But it was one of the most uncomfortable nights. "

"If you like antique hotels this is definitely a great pick! Facing away from city centre towards the river, this hotel is a nice getaway on its own. The room was spacious and large and the bed was comfortable. The furniture, bathtub, and other decorative elements provide a glimpse into colonial styling. The restaurant and wine bar downstairs were exceptional in particular the large selection by the glass or bottle. "

"Everything was very good. Very clean, nice, quiet room, great location, friendly staff. Only thing to find fault with is breakfast in the in-house restaurant is quite expensive- but not unexpected for a downtown location and plenty of good options near by."

"Room was clean, staff at front desk (Juliet) was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and the restaurant on site was terrific. A unique menu, wonderful staff. Parking though we had to walk in wind and rain was convenient enough."

"Took a daytrip from NY, chose for price, location, and cleanliness. Ideal in its budget range for those who mainly need a nice clean room, bed, and hot shower after walking around. We walked from the 30th St station. Walkable (if you're used to walking) to all major tourist sites, public transportation, shopping. Lot's of food/drink options, pharmacies, etc within a few blocks of the hotel. Gym and ice machine in the basement, restaurant on the ground and penthouse. Nice sunlight and view from...

"We called down and asked for a change of towels on the 2nd day and hours later had to go down to the front desk and get them ourselves. My adult daughter went down to the front desk on another occasion to get a Band-Aide for a blister on my foot and the 2 people working the desk were quite rude to her."

"Everything was great"

"Staff was extremely kind. Only sucky part was there was no simpler foods at the restaurant. Just a chicken tender option would have been amazing. Food are very nice and breakfast was for the most part really good but sometimes you just want something small and simple. "
