Hotel Dekat FIVE - Jacksonville

"The property could use a good hug in regard to overall maintenance. During the conference the escalators and elevators were not working properly which caused frustration while trying to get to sessions."

"Nice clean accommodations. Great location. F=Courteous and helpful staff."

"Very nice place"

"We stay here a lot because our sons live in the San Marco area. It’s location is very convenient for us and we are always pleased with our stay. The staff is so nice, rooms spacious, and a good breakfast."

"Everything was perfect exceptation of not having a room with a microwave and refrigerator."

"Not impressive to say the least. Smelled like marijuana threw out the lobby area, first floor."

"Room was spacious and clean. I stayed for 3 nights on business and my room key was deactivated when I returned every night, requiring a trip back to the desk when I was exhausted. The breakfast was fair. The microwaved omelettes need some cheese or something. I am returning next weekend because the location is perfect for me and the property felt completely safe and well maintained."

"Super friendly and helpful staff.. a total pleasure"

"El staff muy atentos. Buena variedad en el desayuno."

"Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean facilities!"

"Clean rooms , Staff very polite,, No complimentary breakfast"

"Everything went smoothly, check-in & Wi-Fi, the room was excellent and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast very poor. It seemed totally unorganized, I had to look for the coffee area both coffee jug were empty one on the cereal containers was empty, bananas ran out along with the hard boiled eggs. A positive item they have Almond Milk which my must use. 👍"

"C'est notre deuxième visite a cet établissement et nous sommes vraiment très satisfaits. Le personnel à l'accueil est vraiment courtoisie et avenant, La chambre et salle de bain très propre et lit confortable. Nous allons y retourner c'est certain."

"The property appeared well built with excellent amenities. However, it seemed short on experienced staff & upkeep. Often out off clean towels, etc. Appeared short staffed. Hotel main desk was usually very helpful, though. Nice location."
