"Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal da. Aber es war schon besser. Grundsätzlich ist es immer noch ein super Hotel. Daher schreibe ich nur was diesmal nicht so gut lief. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist großartig. An den anderen Tagen fehlt aber einiges. Saunatücher sollten am Spabereich verteilt werden. Wir haben für Vier leider nur ein Handtuch bekommen. Aber was leider auch nicht geht, ist das die beiden Ladeplätze für Elektroautos ständig von nicht ladenden Pkws zugeparkt...

"Karpacz 3 Maja 66 to miejsce tragiczne pod każdym względem. Takiego syfu i smrodu dawno nie widziałem. Paskudna śmierdząca klatka schodowa, rozbite szyby w drzwiach, przegnite wykładziny. W "apartamencie" prawie wszystko nie działa. Przepalone żarówki, niesprawna kuchenka, brudne łóżka. Pościel nieprzygotowana, samemu musieliśmy ją powlekać w poszewki. "The property was well maintained. Everything we needed was in the apartment. It was walking distance to the Main Street restaurants and shops. The view from our balcony of the mountains was stunning! It was quiet and not busy. Very enjoyable! Highly recommend and would stay there again!"

"Overall hotel is OK, but not 5 star hotel as they present it. Food very good. Staff doesn’t speak English (only front desk). Hotel is quite popular - a lot of guests, so expect lots of people everywhere. Unfortunately, facilities and equipment are quite limited for this amount of tourists - expect long waits for coffee and water (they have one water machine for the whole restaurant). "

"4 nights in mid October. Solo female age 69. Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. WiFi outstanding. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings. Hot food too. The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again!"
