"I've stayed at Hotel Lucerna a handful of times over the years and it is probably my go-to in Hermosillo. The location is solid, it's great value for money, and the breakfast is good. The only thing I would suggest is that management make water and coffee available in the lobby for free. I am sure I'll be back multiple times in the years to come."

"A charming old hotel since 1863 ... nostalgic feeling, friendly staff, roomy with high ceiling, equipped with small microwave and frig. ... and 20 minutes walk to el centro. Definitely not a tourist town, but if have chance to visit Hermosillo again ... Hotel Kino is the place !"

"Very nice and professional staff, very clean rooms and breakfast buffet and good and hot. The hotel is very old now and shows it’s wear however there have been some minor upgrades to the rooms and bathrooms to make up for it. The wide and long hallways are empty and the courtyard is dead plants and just looks very unkept. I hope this very nice hotel can return to its glory. Definitely deserves it. "
