"Convenient and utilitarian "

"Booked and prepaid for a non smoking room. Was put in a smoking room, as all the non-smoking rooms were sold out at the time I checked in. Essentially reservations aren't honored; why book/pay in advance. Also, all hallways smell terrible and are smoky."

"The best part of this Best Western was the breakfast, which was great with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was fine too. The room was fine, a little worn and plain, but it was clean. The tub drain was a bit stained, toilet seat was a bit loose. I wanted to use the pool, but it was quite cold & unheated. I thought the room was overpriced especially since it was in the middle of an industrial area."
