Mattress on bed was awful and old worst mattress i have slept on in a Hotel in many years. Expected more from this hotel as I have stayed many times but seems to be going downhill.

We walked into the room and discovered one of our water bottles was half empty and had been opened. The nice front desk attendant did replace it for us. The shower curtain was too short for the tub and allowed water to spill onto the floor.
