Townhouse is perfect for a stay in Exeter - very close to St David’s station and to the City Centre but nice and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!

Exceptional comfort in Exeter

Delightfully restored townhouse next door to a churchyard with modern conveniences. Very comfortable room with every detail thought of. En-suite bath was spotless. Quiet and comfortable with added plus of breakfast in bed if desired. Well located, easy walk from train station and town center.

Nice little room with an en-suite bathroom. The sink is in the room, but it’s quite small, and the water pressure is very low, making it difficult to wash your hands properly.

Excellent stay in Exeter

The host was superb and very accommodating to our needs. We needed to stay another night and he graciously made room for us. He helped us locate restaurants, bus stops and Exeter sites. And he was a pleasant conversationalist. He always made us feel welcome.

Had such a wonderful stay. I am cycling the Devon C2C and Exeter is my starting base. Ken was super helpful and let me lock my bike in a locked room. The bed is extremely comfortable and my room is lovely. The location is perfect. Would throughly recommend.

Charming and indulgent - the perfect bolt hole!

A delightful BnB! Everything was absolutely perfect. I was in room 7, with a separate bathroom with a tub (that I enjoyed immensely whilst I was there). Friendly and welcoming - with a delicious breakfast! Couldn’t fault it - will be going back.

Great location midway between Exeter St David’s & Central train stations & easy walk into city centre. Cosy top floor room with comfortable bed & was very quiet during my 4 day stay. Hosts Tim & Ken were excellent, arranged late arrival for me & very informative about local area. Only negative is very small bathroom & shower, but overall a very nice stay in Exeter!

Such a lovely property, in a beautiful building, beautiful area, and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spotless and tidy and the beds, comfortable. We can't recommend this property enough. The only slight sadness is that the bathrooms are so small (can't be helped) and the main room doesn't serve breakfast. While it is offered in bedrooms, the common room on the ground floor is beautiful and larger, with the perfect table to invite people to greet one another and build community.

We loved our stay at the townhouse. Stella was so quick to respond to any messages we sent and when I say messages I mean simple questions .. there was absolutely nothing to fault with the house . It was comfortable and well designed. The evening sunsets were to die for and the lift was an excellent addition we had not expected. The kitchen was well appointed and overall the house felt spacious yet homely. We would highly recommend… also just a moments walk from the villa was the excellent restaurant Carte Postale which serves amazing food and great cocktails. Also the coffee shop which made the best cafe lattes and beautiful herbal teas and super breakfasts … could want for more 10/10! Would love to return- thank you Stella
