Travel to Ewa Villages

Friendly staff and convenient location.

Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for additional and go get them, including toilet paper and paper towels. But staff was friendly everytime and helpful!!

Some parts of the rooms could use some updating but generally great. The staff is great and helpful, valet staff is superb! Location is hard to beat and very central - entry walkway to the beach is right across the street. The hotel is right in the middle of everything you could need out of a location for convenience. My fourth time staying here in a row.

The room was spacious, however outdated. There were long wait times for the elevator. I enjoyed the view from the balcony on the 37th floor.
