"Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff."

"This property was wonderful. It was in a perfect location. You could walk to just about anything you could want. The beach was right across the street. Your resort fee allowed for you to take beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for the beach each day. Additionally, there were fun classes and craft making you could take part in. "Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."

"nice property,but during check-in I was given and room and then changed shortly after. The final room was near the elevator, facing the AliWai and was a specially designed room, generally smaller than the others. Have to say those higher cost rooms facing the canal are noisy."

"Best Western had everything we needed and was in a very convenient area! There was no hassle and designated smoking areas were in well lit , well ventilated areas that were not very far at all. We weren’t able to have breakfast during our stay as we had other things to do but I’m sure it would have been amazing!"
