"Stayed for birthday celebrations. Had a surprise upgrade when we checked in and a treat in the room, which was lovely. Hotel room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy and was a peaceful stay. Breakfast the next morning was really nice. Choice of cooked and continental with something to suit everyone! Will definitely stay again!"

Good parking arrangements.
Beds hard.
Noisy room near bus stop with announcements.
Expensive. Stayed in London in a far better hotel and room for much less."
