"Great location, close to everything. One small issue we had with unclean towel on arrival was taken care of quickly when we reported it. The room was a wee bit stuffy but they were going through a heat wave and the aircon just couldn't keep up."

"Very Walkable to all the monuments and attractions, lots of choices to eat and drink, 20 min tram ride (T3 only now due to maintenance work) to reach the hotel. The rooms were clean but very tight spaces not an extra inch avble in any corner for huge luggages. Free Coffee/ machine available in the lobby. The front desk staff were helpful and even gave the room an hour early at no extra cost. Overall a good budget stay."

"Gina at the front desk was the bestโvery kind, helpful and informative. The hotel itself is really neatโnice mix of old and new character. We had a room that slept 3 people and it was very spacious and clean. Could use some maintenance in the bathroom, but overall very comfortable. Very accessible, 5 min walk to main square. The restaurant just outside the hotel is also very good!"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and approachable, which made checkโin and any questions throughout my stay really easy. I also appreciated being able to use the ironing board in the laundry room, and the staff were kind enough to store my medication in their fridge. The location worked perfectly for me. The train station is only a fiveโminute walk away, with direct trains to Bruges and Antwerp, and thereโs a bus right outside the station that takes you into Ghent. I also enjoyed the 20โminute walk into the city. The hotel was clean, housekeeping came every day with fresh towels, and the WiFi was reliable. My room had a TV and air conditioning, which made it comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, a very positive experience."
