Nice Hotel located perfectly in the city. Staff was nice, the breakfast was good and overall everything was well organized. Only stayed for two nights but it was really enjoyable.

The property is sadly lacking in maintenance. We have stayed in Novotel’s in other countries and had higher expectations than what we were met with. Paint peeling in the shower, bedside light switches, broken or missing, blackout curtains old and tattered

Amazing property - loved the pool!! Close to everything. Expedia reservation said breakfast included but they wouldn’t honour it - that’s the only issue. Otherwise highly recommended

Not worth the money

Service at counter was great. However - bo functioning airconditioning at the complete second floor of the hotel whiel it was +30 degrees + a party going on outside untill well after 12. For that kind of money (+250 a night) absolutely not worth it

Zeer centraal gelegen hotel in de binnenstad van Gent. Kamers ietwat gedateerd maar wel schoon. Warme gerechten bij het ontbijtbuffet hadden iets uitgebreider gemogen, evenals verse jus d’orange.
