"Amazing location! In the center of the Monti District which filled with amazing vintage shopping, restaurants, gelato and coffee shops. My family absolutely loves the apartment. The only caveat is there is no elevator so keep that in mind when booking this place. This was not a problem especially when factoring the location and size of apartment. Overall a wonderful stay and amazing value!"

"The hotel staff is amazing and goes above and beyond. Two of the nights, there was amazing live music played in the courtyard in front of the hotel. It’s walkable distance to many places to eat and monuments."

"We stayed at this property on our last day in Italy before heading home as it was within walking distance to Roma Termini and had good reviews. It did not dissapoint. Very large shower and bathroom compared to anywhere else we stayed in Italy. There is a grocery store located a block up and over from this hotel as well and you have a small fridge in your room, along with a communal fridge in the lobby. "This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
