"Hôtel de standing qui conforte la renommée de DoubleTree. Une modernisation serait apprécié car l'hôtel a bien vieillit. Le personnel est très attentionné et le petit-déjeuner répondra aux besoins de tous. Un peu excentré du centre ville, vous dépendez du service de bus qui n'est pas très régulier surtout en soirée. Il est préférable malheureusement d'utiliser son véhicule."

"Rooms were clean and big. The area is surrounded by greenery. While not in the heart of the old town, its still accessible to old town by the tram and bus. To and from airport is easy by bus, but be prepared to walk about 10mins or so from the nearest bus stop to the hotel (or you can catch a bus then change to a tram as the tram stop is nearer). Public transport in Luxembourg is free."

"Lots of parking. We arrived before check in opened but were able to leave our car while we visited the city. The bus stops right outside the hotel and, like all public transport in Luxembourg, it’s free. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The weather was good, so we were able to sit out on the very pleasant terrace for a drink. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is used for conferences and coach tours, so there may be a wait at reception at times."

"Very close to the central station and tram line as well as buses…staff were wonderful they even lent me an umbrella when it was raining. Unfortunately there was an issue with pressure in the pipes and it sounded like someone was constantly flushing the toilet above my room… they have me free breaths compensation… great selection of food for the breakfast…. Very nice town to do a 2 day visit."

"The staff, as they always are in any hotel, are the crowning glory at this beautiful hotel. Andrea and the other bar staff were so friendly as were Alicia and the front desk staff. We ate at Pless restaurant one night and it was excellent. We enjoyed the terrace bar too and the excellent mixologist/bar tenders!"
