"The hotel lost power due to a storm around 8 PM. Although there was a generator, it only supported emergency lighting. There was no elevator service (we were on the 5th floor), no power in the rooms to charge phones, and no air conditioning and the windows wouldn't open. The property itself feels quite dated. While it’s clear there have been attempts to make upgrades, they don’t fully offset the overall old hotel feel. We couldn't take advantage of the breakfast included in our 200+ per night...

"I originally checked into the hotel and was assigned a room that when I got there the room was not clean, the toilet had feces in it and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. I approached the front desk to move rooms, but was met with well a non apologetic guest host who in my opinion made me feel like it was my fault. She did move me to another room where, in my opinion that floor and my room needs some work.The trim on the door is falling off and did fall off in the hallway was laying in...

"internet was fast, I didn't use the pool, but check your alarm clocks in the room, because mine went off at midnight and woke me up out of a dead sleep. The hotel itself was quiet all night"

"I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). "

"If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. "
