Hayward Inn
The staff was great, room was nice enough. But the bathroom smelled like pee and there was a poop spot on the toilet seat.

Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and comfortable, everything worked, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and it was literally just across the street from Matthew Knight Arena.
