"Hôtel en centre-ville de Madrid . On avait la suite avec terrasse et bain à remous ( ce n est pas un jacuzzi) terrasse plein soleil . Grand lit en 200 mais avec des alezes en plastique assez désagréable. La porte de la chambre n est pas phonétiquement isolée …ce qui fait que l on entend les gens parler et le personnel passer. "Excellent location on the Grand Via. My only recommendation, in my opinion, would be is to skip the upgraded hot tub room. The tub had a strong musty odor and was barely warm. I did bring it to the attention of the staff, who were most helpful, and was told a technician would look at it while we were out for the day. We also had to sign a waiver for the temperature to be elevated, this was not an issue and I completely understood. Unfortunately the hot tub was not addressed and I’m not even sure...

"Great location. Tastefully and conservatively updated old building right on the Plaza Mayor. Staff including housekeeping & comforter were super friendly & helpful. The rooms and gym/pool are very small not surprisingly, given the age of the building. Very easy to get around especially around the central sites of Madrid. Appropriately priced. I would easily stay there again. "
