"The property manager was very polite and instructions for checking in were very clear. The only reason that I can't give a 5 star rating is due to the property not listing accurate photos of the place from the inside. Online, the photos of the room and living area looked very clean, modern and cozy. When I walked in I was surprised to see that the apartment didn't look at all like the photos posted. "

"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"Stayed here for two nights - the apartment was not located where we thought (the original booking location was the company's main office) and there was an unexpected late check-in fee. However, the neighborhood was nice and the host was responsive.
