"The property manager was very polite and instructions for checking in were very clear. The only reason that I can't give a 5 star rating is due to the property not listing accurate photos of the place from the inside. Online, the photos of the room and living area looked very clean, modern and cozy. When I walked in I was surprised to see that the apartment didn't look at all like the photos posted. "

"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"They were working on the building. Noisy mornings. Shower was dangerous to use and very small. Back windows of apartment had no glass in them. Front door was almost always open. Building was far from public transport. The bed was good linen clean."

"Stayed here for two nights - the apartment was not located where we thought (the original booking location was the company's main office) and there was an unexpected late check-in fee. However, the neighborhood was nice and the host was responsive. The apartment was a bit smaller than we expected from the photos (especially the bathroom) with basic facilities, but it was all we needed for a couple of nights with plenty of activities during the day."

"We stayed in a family room with a queen bed and bunk bed for the kids. Our kids love the bunk beds. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good, with a good variety of food and we enjoyed it very much. We also like the location of the hotel. It is on a safe and quiet street and it is close to many restaurants. It is about 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station, but we ended up just taking Uber everywhere as Uber is cheap in Portugal. "
