"The room was clean and the apartment itself was well presented. However there was a strong smell after opening the shower and taps which just got worse as the days went on, our coffee machine was broken and although we told the reception it didn’t get addressed. Finally there was no “4 pools” as advertised just the one, which was always extremely busy."

"VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again."

"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"C'est n'etait pas pratique du tout, appartement situe au dernier étage, pas d'assenseur, escalier très étroites, plafonds a l'intérieur de l'appartement en pente et trop bas, on se cogné la tette à chaque fois que on se levait du lit, la même chose dans la cuisine, appartement trop chaud a l'intérieur, le climatiseur marchait mal.Cartier très bruyant.La douche était mal fixe au mur, les chaises se démontaient en s'asseyant.Totalement déconseillé."

"There is a very narrow staircase to second floor that was hard to take baggage up. Constant noise from within apparently and outside, every time you open Faust a loud noise appears, bed. Wry uncomfortable and not enough space on the second floor to even stand, you need to crawl to the bed extremely hot and when leave window open mosquitoes had party on my body. "Property is okay but not worth the price. When we arrived, it was pretty obvious the property hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were crumbs in the kitchen and the bedside tables where full or hair and dust. Everything was pretty run down, not like the photos. In the double bedroom, the blind was completely broken which meant that the sun filled the room at 5am and we couldn’t sleep at all. We messaged the host about these issues and received no response! Save your money and book elsewhere."
