"We usually stay here when we have early flights at Pearson. This time we had a long layover and stayed here to catch some sleep before our early morning flight. The hotel is clean and comfortable. the staff is generally helpful and friendly. The shuttle service is reliable and on time. This time we had booked a shuttle early but it turned out to be full when we arrived at the Lobby in the early morning. The hotel desk booked us and other passengers a taxi for free so that we wouldn't be delayed....

"Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff were pleasant and professional. We booked this hotel to get a good night's sleep between flights. However, we did not have a good night's sleep due to noise from the airport, local traffic and even in the elevator lobby. There did not seem to be sufficient sound proofing."

"Your best to stay elsewhere, here’s why:
1. I contacted the hotel before purchasing. Ask simple questions front desk staff should know.
Is there a shuttle offered? Yes this was correct.
Is there a hot tub? Was told yes but they don’t.
Can my wife have an early check in, she’s new to the city and I’d like her to checked in early for safety reasons? Staff stated yes no problem, no mention of a fee.
Laundry service? No this was correct.
Laundry mat near by? Was told no but laundry mat is 5 minutes...
