Really good value

Really clean spacious apartment in Essen. Convenient for the train station and a supermarket round the corner. Perfect for a week during the Euros.

Der Inhaber und seine Frau sind ausgesprochen sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Zudem waren freie Getränke im Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank indem ich mein Eis kühlen konnte. Außerdem habe ich gute Tipps bekommen, wo ich meine Einkäufe erledigen konnte. Ab jetzt Übernachtungen in Essen nur noch hier.:)

Großes Apartment mit alles was man braucht.

Sehr großes Apartment mit allem was man braucht, kostenloses Parken, 2 getrennte Zimmer, Badewanne, Dusche, Toilette alles getrennt. Wir hatten sogar ein Upgrade bekommen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr große 3 Zimmer Unterkunft!

Einfache aber trotzdem gemütliche Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern und großem Wohnraum, prima für 4 Personen geeignet! Die Lage ist nicht so toll , Gewerbegebiet. Für ein, zwei Nächte o.k , ist ja auch sehr preiswert 🤑

Niet boeken!

Appartement kwam niet overeen met de fotos. Onveilige buurt, achteraf locatie. Appartement had meer weg van een bordeel. Bank en salontafel zeer gedateerd en rook onfris. Geen eethoek. En verstoken van daglicht aangezien de ramen geblindeerd zijn. Beddegoed niet fris. Geen warm douchewater. Een nacht ipv 4 nachten gebleven.

Spacious, Clean and Well-Equipped Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment which was perfectly clean and equipped with everything one could wish for even for a longer stay. We found complimentary drinks in the fridge which was really nice and the welcoming on our arrival was kind and friendly.

Viel Platz für wenig Geld

Große Appartements, ideal wenn man als Familie verreist. Als Einzelperson fast schon zu groß. Eine Küche mit Softdrinks und Kaffee/Tee sind im Preis inklusive. Die meisten (alle?) Appartements beinhalten 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer. Ein Restaurant, Spa, Frühstück oder ähnliches gibt es nicht. Dafür spart man am Preis und bekommt ein modern ausgestattetes Zimmer mit ca. 60 - 100 qm. Lage ist so lala. Nicht weit bis zum Bahnhof aber nachts möchte man nicht unbedingt zu Fuß dort entlang spazieren.

Lärm überall

Die Bilder mögen ja schön Aussehen im Netz aber vor Ort fällt vor allem eins auf - Bahngleise die auf Höhe desperaten OG auf der anderen Straßenseite unmittelbar am Fenster vorbeiführen - demzufolge können sie sich alle 5 min über Züge freuen die laut polternd vorbeifahren. Entspannung sieht anders aus.

Zeer ruim appartement

Zeer ruim appartement op loopafstand van het (winkel) centrum en station. Het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken en een complete keuken. Heeft 2 aparte 2 persoons slaapkamers. Vriendelijke verhuurder en heeft ook nog een klein Rod Weiss Essen museum.

Great apartment apertment close to railway station

Very pleased to stay here for two nights, bit concerned about it being close to the railway line but slept very well and didn't hear much noise. Very friendly host, would definitely recommend & visit again. Thank you.

comfortable giant apartment close to train station

This is the biggest, most comfortable place i stayed in germany! I had an entire apartment, with full cooking facilites. There is an aldi less than 5 min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend in the future. The place is quite close to the train station which was perfect for me, but you may need earplugs if you are a really light sleeper. The rooms face the opposite direction and i slept like a dream.
