"We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. The host blamed Expedia/Hotels.com for the mistake, but neither is...
"Acceptable for a quick stay especially to be in walking distance to some of the residential neighborhoods to be close to friends and family. Condition is basic but clean. Street facing rooms are quite noisy. "

It is unclear if the upstairs neighbors are permanent residents, but their movements were clearly heard throughout the night and early morning hours, making sleep rather difficult. Otherwise, the amount of space, the comfortability of the beds, and the convenient location made for an overall pleasant stay. Pending the full refund of our security deposit, we could likely stay again in the future. "

"The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car.
The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and one other appliance. If used more than 1, it could trip up the electricity, which was weird. That needs to be fixed. The last thing was that the floor wasn't super clean, but I have really high standards and vacuum my own place multiple times per week. "
