The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. "Visited Grand Mercure in 2026, after the refurbishing. The landscaping works at the entrance is still being upgraded, and the entire hotel looks brand new. The team of staff were all efficient and warm, from the reception, concierge, to the Ambrosia Restaurant. They have a convenient shuttle to the mall, with a brand new van. The kueh lapis and grilled sausages at the breakfast buffet were delicious, and the chefs did the grilling on the spot. Will be keen to try the Sup Buntut next time...

"Overall the hotel was good. Just disappointed with their spa massage. Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. But the oil wasn't hot/warm. Diffenitely less than 60mins. Me & my hubby feels they just rush to finish. At the end we realised is exactly 2 hrs. But the conclusion is the 2 hrs it...

"Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine. Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile. Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it."
