"The staff were excellent at The Other House. They were very friendly and professional from check in to check out. We enjoyed the pool after a long day of walking. Amenities that I thought were most useful were the pool, kitchenette, and also the free laundry room. It was immensely helpful to be very close to the Gloucester tube station as it comments to both circle/district and picadilly. If I had to nitpick for areas of improvement: the pillows were very flat. Wish we could have opened a window...
